Located about 1km from the center of Sapa town, the Muong Hoa Urban Area enjoys a convenient transportation network, connecting various regions and harmonizing with the area's climate and terrain.

- To the East and Northeast, it borders Provincial Road 152;
- To the West, it borders the Indochina Hotel project;
- To the South, it borders the Sapa Cultural Park project;
- To the North, it borders Provincial Road 152.

Planning in Harmony with Nature

The planning respects the natural terrain, maximizing the scenic views and perspectives. The transportation system includes roads that run parallel to the contour lines, minimizing land leveling.
