Expanded Urban Area Project - South Da Nhim River

The Expanded Urban Area - South Da Nhim River project, upon completion, will transform the urban landscape of Duc Trong District and Lam Dong Province, providing a convenient living and business environment for local residents.

Duc Trong is a district adjacent to Da Lat City and is a key transportation hub with the Lien Khuong International Airport and several national highways passing through, such as National Highway 20, National Highway 27, and National Highway 28B, providing easy access to Da Lat, Ho Chi Minh City, Buon Ma Thuot, Nha Trang, Binh Thuan, and Ninh Thuan. It is also the site of the Dau Giay - Da Lat Expressway project.

In the urban planning and development, Duc Trong is expected to become a town by 2025 and a Class IV urban area by 2030.
