The planning respects the natural terrain, maximizing the scenic views and perspectives. The transportation system includes roads that run parallel to the contour lines, minimizing land leveling. Architectural structures are designed with a unified architectural style, and the primary views are oriented towards the Muong Hoa Valley in the southwest of the planned area. Building clusters without advantageous views are conveniently located with access to external roads (Provincial Road 152 and Road S2). All sidewalks along the roads are lined with greenery and public lighting systems, combined with other public spaces, providing a comfortable living environment.
