Project objective: To repay counterpart funds for the construction investment project to renovate and upgrade TL.286 from Cho town to Do Lo bridge, Yen Phong district, under the form of BT contract;

Products and services provided: apartments for sale, townhouses, villas, mixed commercial services, technical infrastructure of the project;

Implementation location: Yen Phu commune and Cho town, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh;

Project area: 75.01 ha.

Total investment capital of the project: VND 3,569,286,602,000 (Three thousand five hundred sixty nine billion, two hundred eighty six million, six hundred and two thousand dong).

Investment project construction progress: to 2025, including:

– Phase 1: construction of technical infrastructure from 2018 to 2022, with a total investment of VND 903,785,697,000;

– Phase 2: construction of architectural works from 2019 to 2025, with a total investment of VND 2,956,829,605,000.
