According to the Decision, Hung Ngan Riversea Urban Area (Hai Thanh Ward, Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong City) is oriented to be a modern ecological urban area, fully constructed, with full technical infrastructure, public utilities, commercial housing areas, functional areas combined with synchronous services in terms of architectural planning and social infrastructure.

On a total area of ​​approximately 43.46 hectares, the Investor will develop the following products: Low-rise commercial housing: Villas, townhouses, and apartments; High-rise housing; Public works: Schools, medical facilities, hotels, commercial centers, entertainment services, parking lots, trees, water surfaces, technical infrastructure works, and synchronous traffic.

Before receiving the Decision, Hung Ngan Investor said that this is a key project in the company's development strategy in the East Northeast of Hanoi, so it has prepared all resources, ensuring the project is implemented according to the approved planning and progress and in compliance with legal regulations.
