Conference to announce urban design model of detailed planning of Urban and Service Area in the West of Cho town, subdivision A - Area 3, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province, invested by Hung Ngan Company
The conference was attended by representatives of the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province, Chief of Office of the People's Council, People's Committee of Yen Phong district, Head of the Economic - Infrastructure Department of Yen Phong district; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and comrades of Yen Phu commune; comrades who are Secretaries, Village Heads representing the people of An Ninh, An Tap and Cau Giua villages; Investors and consulting units.
At the Conference, delegates listened to the IBSTAC consulting unit introduce the main contents of the urban design models in the Project and heard some delegates express their opinions.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Dinh Van Bay, Chairman of Yen Phu Commune People's Committee requested relevant units to comply with the planning approved by the Department of Construction. The investor, Hung Ngan Company, handed over the additional urban design sample dossier to relevant units and organized the announcement and publicization of the approved urban design samples at the Project. The leaders of the 3 villages of An Ninh, An Tap and Cau Giua propagated to the people in the village to know and understand the planning.
The Urban and Service Area Project in the West of Cho Town, Sub-area A, Yen Phong District was approved for investment by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 302/QD-TTg dated March 8, 2017 with a scale of 246.36 hectares; in which, Area 3 with a scale of 75 hectares is being implemented by the Investor according to schedule, gradually forming a typical new urban area of Bac Ninh province meeting the criteria of " Modern - Synchronous - Ecological - High-rise and Multi-functional ".
