Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tien Nhuong acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Department of Transport, Yen Phong district, and the investor in implementing the project. He emphasized that TL 286 is an important traffic axis in the west of the province connecting with Hanoi and Thai Nguyen. The completion of the project will contribute to strongly promoting the socio-economic development of the province, especially enhancing the capacity to attract foreign investment in the province's industrial parks.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Transport and the investor to proactively coordinate closely with relevant agencies to strengthen the inspection and management of the quality of materials and equipment; construction contractors need to focus maximum resources, organize management, and continuously construct the project according to schedule, procedures, techniques, and ensure safety. Requesting people in localities where the project passes through to continue to support and create favorable conditions for construction sites so that the project can be completed and put into operation soon, serving the socio-economic development of the locality, improving the lives of people in the area.
