Decision approving the project of construction investment of urban and service area in the West of Cho town, subdivision A - area 3 (Phase 1 of technical infrastructure)
Main content of investment project:
Investment project name: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF URBAN AND SERVICE AREA IN THE WEST OF CHO TOWN, ZONE A - ZONE 3 (PHASE 1 TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE)
Project objective: To repay counterpart funds for the construction investment project to renovate and upgrade TL.286 from Cho town to Do Lo bridge, Yen Phong district, under the form of BT contract;
Investor: Hung Ngan Housing and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company
Implementation location: Yen Phu commune and Cho town, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh;
Project area: 75.01 ha.
Total investment capital of the project: 903,785,697,000 VND (Nine hundred and three billion, seven hundred and eighty-five million, six hundred and ninety-seven thousand VND).
This is an important legal basis for the Investor - Hung Ngan Housing and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company to invest in building the infrastructure of the Urban Area.
