II. MAIN TASKS

Main mission |
1 |
Plan marketing, communication and promotion of the Company's projects |
2 |
Establish identification standards and develop the project's brand in particular and the Company's brand in general. |
3 |
Develop printing plans, publications, communication message content, program development, marketing promotion policies, public relations, press, etc. |
4 |
Build and set up communication channels to promote the Company's projects. |
5 |
Convey promotional information and market the Company's products and services to partners and customers through online and direct communication channels. |
6 |
Analyze and measure the results of each communication and marketing activity, thereby providing appropriate solutions to improve and develop the market, increase customer interest and awareness of the Company's projects. |
7 |
Regularly update, research and survey the market, analyze signs of market changes and customer behavior that affect the business situation. |
8 |
Propose operational criteria to develop brand value and protect the brand according to the Company's standards. |
9 |
Collect information and customer feedback on products, services, and pricing to report and make timely adjustments accordingly. |
10 |
Propose customer care programs for each product, service, and project of the Company. |
11 |
Perform other tasks as required by superiors |
