Recruiting Operations Management Specialist at Hung Ngan Group
I. JOB OBJECTIVES
Quality assurance according to operating standards
II. MAIN TASKS
1 |
Implement related tasks to urban area management and operations and propose solutions to improve customer service quality. |

Manage warranty work when problems arise |
3 |
Establish good relationships and working connections between residents and investors |
4 |
Establish and maintain relationships with local government agencies |
5 |
Other tasks assigned by Head/Deputy Head |
6 |
Implement budget plans and procedures, standards for working with residents, and applicable forms for operational management. |
7 |
Monitor and manage service quality of contractors to ensure service quality according to operating standards. |
8 |
Monitor and check the volume of machinery and techniques in accordance with the Contract, control the actual revenue and expenditure. Detect and promptly report any loss or waste during the implementation process to have appropriate adjustment plans. |
9 |
Ensure that the management/reception/answering of customer questions/comments about the apartment, management fees, water bills, parking fees, accommodation registration procedures, etc. always comply with the Company's procedures and regulations. |
