Deploy and control overall design management work, take charge of handling adjustments to work scope, implementation progress, and cost arising from design consulting units.

Evaluate design progress, check the consistency of design solutions with disciplines such as structure, planning, infrastructure, mechanical - electrical, interior, landscape

Review all release documents including: design tasks, design documents, legal service steps, examination, appraisal, bidding and construction to ensure overall project compliance.

Evaluate design solutions, propose solutions, and implement designs.

Review and evaluate changes to design work from concept to implementation.

Evaluate and select a qualified Design Consultant to ensure compliance with design requirements, budget and feasibility in construction for each project.

Propose design improvements/optimizations to increase project efficiency

Review and control design budgets to avoid unexpected costs during design implementation.

Design control stays within project budget

Coordinate design departments related to project legality (DTM documents, Fire Prevention and Fighting, Water Supply Connection, Drainage Connection, Power Supply, Clearance Height Agreement, Construction Permit, etc.) Coordinate with the Project Management Board to handle arising documents

Construction control of construction work to ensure compliance with approved design

Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors

Education, professional qualifications

Graduated from regular university or higher, majoring in architecture, construction

Work experience (years of experience, field)

At least 7 years of experience in design and architectural design consulting for civil construction projects and high-rise buildings

Experience in large scale projects, especially as an investor.

Knowledge

- Good design skills, experience working with relevant agencies

- Understand construction standards and regulations

- Have good architectural and interior rendering skills

- Has strength in architectural creation (design concept), and has the ability to manage techniques and control the implementation of detailed designs.
