I. JOB OBJECTIVES
Ensure corporate strategy development and timely adjustment recommendations |
Effectively manage and operate the company-wide KPI index set |

II. MAIN TASKS

Main mission |
1 |
Advise the Board of Directors in developing strategies, business plans and annual revenue targets for projects, ensuring consistency with the Company's business philosophy and goals. |

Build operating procedures for business activities |
3 |
Develop sales policies (including pricing, discount, after-sales policies, etc.) |
4 |
Develop specific sales programs and plans for each stage of the project to ensure optimized revenue and profit. |
5 |
Proposing a plan to develop a distribution system and retail agents for the Company's real estate products. |
6 |
Timely grasp information related to the real estate market, the Company's policies and strategies to advise relevant parties and implement the most effective plans. |
7 |
Perform other tasks as directed by the Company's Board of Directors. |
