Recruiting Deputy Sales Manager at Hung Ngan Group

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

Ensure corporate strategy development and timely adjustment recommendations

Effectively manage and operate the company-wide KPI index set

Achieve revenue and sales targets

Enhance brand value

II. MAIN TASKS

1

Research and analyze the market, customers, and competitors; Create and organize the implementation of business plans; Propose ideas for building business strategies and sales plans

2

Implement business strategies and plans as directed, ensuring assigned sales; Propose, develop and organize customer events; Participate in organizing sales events at the company and support event organization for the dealer system

3

Recruiting and training to ensure the quality of work of the sales staff. Participate in training on real estate market knowledge, projects, and products in charge of distribution to the dealer system and sales channels.

Search and evaluate the capacity of sales channels to choose the right unit; Build, care, maintain relationships and develop sales distribution channels, dealer systems; Develop customer sources

Support sales staff, agents, and collaborators in introducing, consulting, negotiating with customers, and creating successful transactions.

Perform other tasks as required by superiors

Education, professional qualifications

University graduate majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, etc.

Work experience (years of experience, field)

Have at least 05 years of experience in real estate business;

Have held one of the positions of Head/Deputy Head/Sales Department at real estate investment companies from 01 company for at least 02 years or more
