Main mission

Control and supervise the quality and construction progress of the entire Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) system in the project (including electricity, low voltage, water supply and drainage system, fire protection system, etc.) based on approved technical documents and M&E construction design drawings.

Prepare, submit BPTC, and deploy detailed Shopdrawing drawings

Schedule and plan implementation of M&E system construction work

Monitor and handle arising M&E issues at the project

Check, guide acceptance documents, completion, payment and settlement of works

Coordinate with relevant departments, be responsible for progress and quality of assigned tasks.

Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Education, professional qualifications

Graduated from regular university majoring in electrical engineering or equivalent

2

Work experience (years of experience, field)

At least 03 years of experience in implementing MEP packages for high-rise buildings, hotels, large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, in charge of the main expertise in electrical engineering.

Experience in large-scale projects, especially as an investor

Knowledge/skills, attitudes/qualities

Knowledge

- Have good professional knowledge, general understanding of electromechanical systems

- General knowledge of Construction/Architecture

- Knowledge of occupational safety & environmental hygiene

- Knowledge of construction quality assurance

- Proficient in software: autocad; ms project; ms excel; ms word and other specialized software
