Education, professional qualifications

Graduated from University of Architecture, University of Construction - major in Architecture

Work experience (years of experience, field)

At least 5 years of experience in design and architectural design consulting for civil construction projects and high-rise buildings

Experience in large-scale projects, especially as an investor

Knowledge/skills, attitudes/qualities

Knowledge

- Good design skills, experience working with relevant agencies

- Understand construction standards and regulations

- Have good architectural and interior rendering skills

- Strong in architectural creation (design concept), and capable of technical management, controlling the implementation of detailed design

- Ability to proficiently use application software Auto Cad, Photoshop, Corel Draw, MS Powerpoint, MS Project, MS Office, 3DMax, Scketchup,...

- Ability to organize and perform work well; ability to operate and manage is an advantage
